Delivery Timeframes:

The Netherlands & Belgium
Delivery or pick-up may be available during business days depending on availability and location. Please contact Customer Service at info@anissadiamonds.com for scheduling options.

Europe
Delivery within approximately 1–3 business days.

Worldwide
Delivery within approximately 3–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to Anissa Diamonds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery by contacting us at order@anissadiamonds.com.

Returned diamonds or gemstones must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

Customized, specially sourced, or bespoke items are non-returnable.
