2. Definitions
Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Customer: Any legal and legally competent natural person or legal entity placing an order (“you” / “your”).
Anissa Diamonds: Anissa Diamonds, a sole proprietorship established under Dutch law (“we” / “us” / “our”).
Goods: Diamonds and Gemstones
Parties: The Customer and Anissa Diamonds.
3. Applicability
The most recent version of these Conditions is available on our website under “Terms and Conditions” in English only.
These Conditions apply to all offers, orders, quotations, distance selling agreements, invoices, and sales made by Anissa Diamonds through the website, contact forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any other communication channel.
By placing an order or accepting an offer, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Anissa Diamonds.
Only natural persons aged 18 years or older may place an order. Minors must be represented by a parent or legal guardian.
By accepting these Conditions, the Customer confirms that they are legally competent and authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Offer, Placing an Order and Acceptance
The display of Goods on our website is an invitation to place an order. All descriptions and images aim to provide accurate information, but occasional errors may occur. Anissa Diamonds is not liable for such errors.
To place an order, the Customer may submit a request through the “Contact Us” form on the website, via WhatsApp, Instagram, or by email to order@anissadiamonds.com. Anissa Diamonds will respond and confirm the order in writing by email, including the billing details, shipping details, payment method, and order confirmation.
Limited edition, rare, or one-of-a-kind diamonds and gemstones will be explicitly identified where applicable. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded within 7 business days.
5. Our Goods
Anissa Diamonds offers only natural diamonds and gemstones.
Where applicable, diamonds and gemstones may be accompanied by certificates issued by recognized gemological laboratories, including GIA, HRD, or IGI. Certification details, specifications, and characteristics will be provided in the product description or communicated to the Customer before confirmation of the order.
6. Delivery Time
Netherlands: Same-day delivery or pick-up on business days.
Worldwide: 3–5 business days, fully insured, with dedicated support.
8. Prices
Prices include VAT and transit insurance costs but exclude shipping.
9. Shipment Cost and Insurance
Free overland shipping within Europe. Orders are insured during transit via our personal courier.
10. Payment and Invoice
Full payment is required at order. Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, Digital wallets. Payments in EUR. Card issuer terms apply.
11. VAT Refund
VAT refunds may be available if the goods are shipped or taken outside the European Union within three months. Proof of export and identification are required. The refund will be processed by Anissa Diamonds after confirmation of export.
12. Care Instructions
Diamonds and gemstones should be handled with care and cleaned regularly to maintain their appearance and brilliance. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and strong impacts. Professional cleaning or inspection is recommended when necessary.

Diamonds and gemstones should be handled and stored with care. Avoid exposure to chemicals, hard impacts, and extreme temperatures to preserve their quality and appearance.
14. Warranty
The Customer must inspect the diamonds and gemstones immediately upon receipt. Any visible defects or issues must be reported to Anissa Diamonds within 48 hours after delivery. Hidden defects must be reported within 8 days after discovery.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, normal wear, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.
15. Repairs
Repairs outside the warranty period or repairs resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling shall be at the Customer’s expense.
Any diamonds or gemstones returned for inspection or repair must be securely packaged and fully insured during transit. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by Anissa Diamonds upon request.
16. Liability
Anissa Diamonds shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct and only up to the total invoice value of the relevant order. Indirect damages are excluded.
17. Force Majeure
Anissa Diamonds is not liable for failure due to force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, technological failures, illness, or supplier delays.
18. Certification
Anissa Diamonds operates in cooperation with recognized diamond and gemstone certification standards. Where applicable, diamonds and gemstones may be certified by internationally recognized laboratories, including IGI Antwerp.
19. Privacy – Protection of Personal Data
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Statement.
20. Questions, Feedback, and Complaints
Feedback or complaints can be sent via email. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve promptly. Independent mediation and the EU ODR platform are available.
21. Severability
If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Parties will replace invalid provisions in good faith.
22. Miscellaneous
Headings and titles are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Conditions.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and disputes shall be governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
